1. Overview
Enercosm PVT LTD strives to deliver best-in-class energy solutions and marketing services. If you are not fully satisfied, this policy outlines refund eligibility, process, and timelines.
2. Hardware Products
- Unopened & Unused Returns: Full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery in original, resalable condition.
- Defective Items: Replacement or full refund within 1 year warranty period. Enercosm covers return shipping for defects.
- Return Process: Contact support to obtain an RMA number. Ship items with original packaging and documentation.
- Non-Returnable: Custom-built panels, consumables (batteries, filters) and items marked “non-returnable” at purchase.
3. Energy Services
- Project Cancellation: Full refund of deposits if canceled within 5 business days of contract signing and no work has commenced.
- Post-Commencement: No refunds once on-site work or procurement begins. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.
4. Marketing Services
- Monthly Retainers: Pro-rated refund if canceled before the midpoint of the billing cycle.
- No Refund on Ad Spend: All ad platform charges (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook) are non-refundable.
- Service Credits: Unused hours or deliverables may be carried over or credited, as per agreement.
5. Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, email refund@enercosm.com with:
- Order/invoice number or contract ID
- Product/service details
- Reason for refund or cancellation
- Preferred refund method
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of returned goods or cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
7. Updates to Policy
Enercosm may update this policy periodically. Each version will include a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our products or services after updates implies acceptance.
